About the app
The application allows you to set the sending of automatic emails to the customers of your store, after the dispatch or delivery of the order, with the aim of collecting feedback from them about the store or product reviews.
From the Editable Elements section available in the shop's control panel, you can customize the automatic email sent to customers, while from the dedicated pages in the shop you can view and manage all feedback requests sent to customers, respectively the feedback received from them.
With the help of the obtained insights, you can remedy any complained situations, to increase the level of customer satisfaction, as well as to improve the store's reputation.
